Summary

Employment Law 2026: Navigating the Field, A Roadmap for Employment Law Success

This all-day employment law CLE event will cover both foundational and emerging employment law topics. Participants will learn how experienced attorneys set their cases on course for success and effective mediation techniques. We will envision an employment law future that moves past the McDonnell Douglas paradigm while building capacity for responding to the present moment with sessions on whistleblower protections and free speech considerations for public employees and a deep dive into the employment rights of agricultural workers and visa holders. Our tech CLE will address how AI can be leveraged to save time and win cases.
